  • Competence: experience mastery
  • Feedback: information about a behaviour or performance.
  • Motivation: what motivate and drive us to act and maintain determinate behaviours.
  • Quick win: a success that it is visible and have immediate impacts. It’s does not be to be profound, but it should be agreed that it is a good thing.
  • Reinforcements: consequences that increase a behaviour in the future.
  • Relatedness: will to interact with, be connected to others
  • State of flow: flow is pursuit of a meaningful goal. Losing in the moment of an activity that it is intrinsically not too difficult and not too simple.
